Cabify received recognition as the best mobility application in terms of its performance in Customer Experience in the third edition of the CXI Index Ranking thanks to its customer-focused strategy that is visible in the positive evaluations it receives from its users.

This ranking is a measurement initiative developed by the market research consultancy Activa Research in association with the Center for Experiences and Services (CES) of the Adolfo Ibáñez University of Chile, whose objective is to obtain indicators that allow the references in Customer to stand out. Experience 20 service categories in the country and analyze the good practices that explain the level of experience and emotional bond with said brands.

The company reported that in 2023 it has registered a 97% positive ratings from users at the end of their trips, with ‘Exceptional Service’ and ‘Excellent Driving’ being the most prominent evaluation criteria, thus demonstrating its commitment to offering an excellent service experience to both passengers and drivers. The mobility platform, which was the first to enter the Peruvian market more than 11 years ago, considers customer service as the backbone of its strategy.

With this recognition, Cabify reaffirms its commitment to provide an excellent service experience based on quality and safety through its processes, admission filters, permanent service channels and frequent verifications. In addition, it stands out as a socially sustainable company, being since 2018 the first carbon-neutral platform in its sector, as it offsets its emissions and those of its passengers globally.
